How accurate is a 12-question check?
It is a fast screen of the fundamentals, not a full audit. But these 12 basics are where the vast majority of small business incidents actually start, so the grade is a very honest signal.
What if I scored an A?
Nice work. Keep it up with a yearly review, and consider the areas a short quiz cannot see, like email security settings and dark-web exposure, which we check in a full assessment.
We have an IT person. Is this still useful?

What does fixing the gaps usually involve?
